DR. AJAY AJMANI — MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Ajay Ajmani received his undergraduate degree from University of Delhi in India and his medical diploma from the Armed Forces Medical School in Pune, India. Dr. Ajmani completed his internal medicine and pediatrics combined residency at the Hurley Medical Center in Flint Michigan. He participated in postgraduate fellowship program in Rheumatology, Allergy and Rheumatology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been practicing medicine for over 25 years.
Dr. Ajmani initially established his solo practice in the historic district of Sanford, NC in 1997 where he provides Rheumatology, Allergy and Primary care for both adults and children. He is acknowledged as an expert in Rheumatology, Allergy and Skin Disorders; Cosmetic Laser Applications, Laser vein treatment & removal; Cosmeceuticals Development and Compounding. He also performs Allergy skin testing, Blood Allergy Testing, Bone Densitometry, Chemical Sensitivity testing, ECG, EMG/NCS, Employment Physicals, Event Monitor Study, General Medicine, Immunizations, IV therapy, Joint Aspirations & Injections.

Dr. Niemchak earned his Bachelor of Science degree in human biology from the University of Michigan in 1980 and his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree from National College of Health Sciences in1984. He currently provides chiropractic and nutritional counseling services for Capital City Healthcare Providers in Raleigh.

Jennie attended Seton Hill College in Pennsylvania where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree and Physician Assistant degree. She later completed her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Education and Leadership, from A.T. Still University. Before working in Dermatology, Jennie began her PA-C career in Allergy and Asthma care and then for seven more years worked in urgent care and internal medicine. This background gives her great insight into how the body as a whole can affect what we see on the outside on our skin. She is competent to diagnose and treat numerous skin conditions and has been trained in photo dynamic therapy (laser treatments) as well as many cosmetic procedures.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Jennie also has a special interest in travel health and medical missionary work in Haiti.

KAYTEE RUFFLESON  — PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT

Kaytee attended James Madison University where she obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. Kaytee attended Nova Southeastern University where she completed her M.M.S. in Medical Science and B.S. in Physician Assistant Studies. She was a Pi Alpha National Honor Society Member. Before coming to The Skin Institute, Kaytee began her PA career in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Kaytee is trained in Acne/Rosacea treatments, cosmetic and surgical procedures, assessing, diagnosing and treating a variety of disorders. Kaytee is a member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants.
